瓯江实验室是由浙江省政府批准设立，温州市人民政府、浙江省科技厅共同主办的浙江省实验室。锚定“国内第一、国际一流”建设目标，五年内投入68亿元，十年内带动全社会投入达200亿元。通过创新体制机制，瓯江实验室成功会集了众多海内外顶尖科学家和青年英才，重点围绕组织器官再生与重塑、眼疾病与视觉功能康复、脑疾病与认知功能康复、再生医学材料、高端医疗器械装备五大方向开展基础研究，着力突破“卡脖子”技术难题和重大科学问题，从而构建具有国际影响力的再生调控与眼脑健康领域重大科技创新平台，为人类生命健康提供坚实的保障。
Oujiang Laboratory is a Zhejiang Provincial Laboratory approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Government and sponsored by the Wenzhou Municipal People's Government and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The laboratory is anchored to the construction goal of "first in China and first-class in the world", with an investment of 6.8 billion yuan in 5 years, and 20 billion yuan in investment from the whole society in 10 years. The laboratory brings together top scientists and young talents at home and abroad through innovative systems and mechanisms, focusing on five major directions: tissue and organ regeneration and remodeling, eye disease and visual function rehabilitation, brain disease and cognitive function rehabilitation, regenerative medical materials, and high-end medical equipment. Basic research, focusing on breaking through relevant technical problems and major scientific issues, creating a major scientific and technological innovation platform for regeneration regulation and eye and brain health with international influence, and safeguarding human life and health.
Ahmed Elsheikh教授是国际知名的眼生物力学专家，曾任英国利物浦大学工程学院院长，现任该院讲席教授。他长期从事眼生物材料特性表征、眼生物力学特性数值模拟以及眼健康管理相关医疗设备开发等研究。埃尔谢赫教授是英国特许工程师及高等教育学会会士。因其在眼生物力学领域的杰出贡献，他自2012年起获得英国伦敦摩尔菲尔德眼科医院（欧洲最大的眼科医院）下属国家健康研究与生物医学研究中心（NIHR-BRC）的专项资助（极高荣誉）。他担任《医学新型技术与器械》（Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices）期刊联合主编，以及《当代眼科研究》（Current Eye Research）期刊编委。埃尔谢赫教授领导的团队与欧、美、亚洲多家机构保持广泛合作，迄今已获得近1100万英镑的项目经费。他累计出版专著8部，发表期刊论文240余篇、会议论文150余篇，h指数为53，论文被引用超过11700次。
Professor Ahmed Elsheikh is an internationally renowned expert in ocular biomechanics, former Dean and current Chair Professor of the School of Engineering at the University of Liverpool, UK. Engaged in research on ocular biomaterial characterization, numerical simulation of ocular biomechanical properties, and development of medical equipment related to eye health management. Professor Elsheikh is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Academy of Higher Education. For his outstanding contributions in the field of ocular biomechanics, Professor Elsheikh received a special grant (a very high honor) from the National Health Research and Biomedical Research Center (NIHR-BRC) at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, UK (the largest eye hospital in Europe) that started in 2012. He is co-editor-in-chief of the journal Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices and editor of Current Eye Research. The team led by Professor Elsheikh has extensive cooperation in Europe, America and Asia, and has received nearly 11 million pounds in project funding so far. Professor Elsheikh has published a total of 8 books, more than 240 journal papers and 150 conference papers. His index is 53 and his work has been cited more than 11,700 times.
研究方向：
Research direction:
· 硬性或软性角膜塑形镜的研发，用于降低屈光不正度数和延缓近视进展；
· 非接触式眼压计的研发，为青光眼患者的随访提供更加精准的眼内压测量数据；
· 在体角膜生物力学性能测量，协助眼科临床各种手术的优化；
• The development of rigid or soft orthokeratology lenses to reduce refractive error and delay the progression of myopia;
• The development of non-contact tonometer to provide more accurate intraocular pressure measurement data for the follow-up of glaucoma patients;
• Measurement of corneal biomechanical properties in vivo to assist in the optimization of various clinical ophthalmic surgeries;

4) The age of postdoctoral candidates should not exceed 35 years old;
5) Candidates with established programming skills will be given priority;
6) Postdoctoral candidates should have the ability to conduct independent research, have published high-level research papers in authoritative journals in the field, have authored invention patents or have relevant industrialization work experience
7) Have certain English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

岗位待遇：
1）根据应聘者的科研水平提供有竞争力的工资待遇：博士后在站期间，两年总薪酬≥90万元，出站后若选择在温州工作可额外享有人才购房补贴；助理研究员/工程师税前年薪为18-30万元；实习研究员/助理工程师/研究助理税前年薪为12-18万元；五险一金齐全，另有每月餐补、人才公寓、工会福利等发放。根据工作业绩，给予较为可观的科研绩效奖励。

Job benefits:
1) Competitive salary packages are provided based on the applicant’s scientific research level: the total salary for postdoctoral fellows in the station for 2 years is ≥900,000 yuan, and there will be a housing subsidy for talents who stay in Wenzhou after leaving the station; the annual salary before tax for assistant researchers/engineers is 18- 300,000 yuan; internship researcher/assistant engineer/research assistant (annual salary before tax is 120,000-180,000 yuan; five insurances and one housing fund are complete, and monthly meal allowances, talent apartments, trade union benefits, etc. are provided.
