Job description

The research direction is "The effects of biophysical cues on cell fate decision".

Responsibility and Obligation

1. Be responsible for the implementation of various projects and funds led by the research group.

2. Guide the postgraduate students in the research group.

3. Apply for various projects and funds.

Selection Criteria

1. Majors: Cell Biology (Stem Cells, Neuron biology), Bioengineering, Advanced Materials, Chemistry.

2. Publications: Two or more SCI papers as the first author (or one top article in the Chinese Academy of Sciences).

3. Experience in leading projects (or as a key person).

4. Proficient in English (those holding an English proficiency certificate are preferred).

5. Positive and upward in personality, diligent and proactive, optimistic and upward, with clear goals.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Postdoctoral Researcher A: Annual salary > 400,000 RMB + year-end research performance bonus, and talent housing provided.

2. Postdoctoral Researcher B: Annual salary > 300,000 RMB + year-end research performance bonus, and talent housing provided.

All positions will be paid according to the salary standards of Oujiang Laboratory and will comply with the relevant policies of Zhejiang Province and Wenzhou City.

Based on work experience and professional title, one can be employed by the public institution system of Wenzhou City and enjoy benefits such as relocation subsidies, housing subsidies, and transitional housing. Under permitted conditions, joint training can be conducted with universities in Australia, California (USA), Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other regions.
