Overview of Academic Research

(1)Research on Key Technologies and Applications of Laser Strengthening and Composite Manufacturing for Complex Components Develop auxiliary energy field laser strengthening manufacturing methods, such as ultrasonic, electromagnetic, and shock wave, to address the challenges of "shape and property control" during the laser deposition manufacturing process of complex components. Develop reconfigurable laser additive manufacturing equipment and a flexible laser processing robot system with dual-beam symmetric structure.

(2)Research on Laser Processing Technology and Intelligent Equipment

Study key technologies for ultrafast laser processing of superhydrophobic complex components for marine engineering equipment, as well as picosecond laser parallel precision micro-machining systems. Develop high-end laser processing equipment to meet the demands of the consumer electronics and semiconductor industries, and provide high-end laser micro-machining technology solutions for the manufacturing of consumer electronic products.
