Overview of Academic Research

He has long been engaged in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of computational biology, computational medicine, artificial intelligence, and big data. The research areas include the dynamics of cellular signaling networks, omics, neural network dynamics, deep learning, and healthcare big data. He/She has published over 220 papers in journals such as Physical Review Letters (PRL) and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS). Additionally, he/she has filed more than 20 invention patent applications and has presided over 7 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), including 1 Outstanding Young Scientist Fund project. Currently, the on-going funded projects include 1 key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 sub-project of a major project under the Ministry of Science and Technology. His/Her current research interests cover intelligent integrated organisms, intellectronics, omics, healthcare big data, and deep learning.
